Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop strategic plans for all marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative, to achieve business objectives.
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department, ensuring effective utilization of resources.
• Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies to strengthen market presence and enhance customer engagement.
• Analyze consumer behaviour and determine customer personas to better understand target markets and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
• Identify opportunities to penetrate new market segments and expand market share, staying abreast of industry trends and competition.
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to synergize brand awareness and maximize business opportunities.
• Ensure consistency and effectiveness of our brand message across all marketing channels and efforts, such as events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional materials.

Requirements:

• Digital Marketing: Proficiency in leveraging digital channels, including social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Offline Marketing: Strong understanding of traditional marketing techniques, such as print media, events, PR, and direct marketing, to effectively reach and engage target audiences.
• Brand Management: Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing branding strategies, including brand positioning, messaging, visual identity, and communication guidelines, to build a strong and consistent brand image.
