OnePlus is hiring for the role of Management Trainee - Sales!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Define, implement, and execute the business development/growth strategy for the category across sales, customer experience, and operations online.
• Build and strengthen key account relationships and Sales service & experience to drive overall sales volumes.
• Develop online merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve sales targets.
• Build strong competitiveness by bringing strong insights on pricing, customer experience, managing inventory, and supply chain operations of key relationships and merchants.
• Carry out customer purchase analysis and surveys to better understand merchant/ partner requirements to better service our customers.

Requirements:

• MBA or master's degree in Marketing or Sales (only 2024 graduates)
• Proven collaboration skills; must be a team player
• Solve problems using both analytical and creative skills
• Ability to embrace change and shift gears in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.
• Humility & a positive approach at the workplace; someone who is eager to learn & believes in winning with the team
