Kotak Group is hiring for the role of Management Trainee-Risk Manager!

Requirements of the Candidate:

• Create and manage policies & processes for various financial products
• Monitor and analyze the portfolios continuously with a focus on growing and maintaining healthy portfolios, with regular refinement of existing rules and policies 
• Provide analytics at portfolio and segment levels for the purpose of monitoring, making policy adjustments, provide sound credit decisions with the ultimate goal of optimizing risk and rewards 
• Drive policy & process changes based on portfolio trends and market conditions 
• Collaborate with various stakeholders from sales, product, credit operations, BSG, IT, etc. to ensure correct policy implementation at an operational level
• Assess risk appropriately when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the company’s reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules/regulations and adhere to company policy & ethics.

Requirements:

• Must have excellent analytical ability and quantitative skills
• Must have excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to follow through on execution to deliver required results
• Must have the ability to manage and influence both internal and external stakeholders
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
