Genpact is hiring for the role of Management Trainee Record to Report!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Prepare and review month-end accounting, balance sheet account reconciliations, and open item reports.
• Pass journal entries.
• Ensure timely delivery and provide regular updates to partners and clients.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation.
• Prepare monthly P&L and balance sheet reviews, highlighting key callouts.
• Conduct research, investigations, and analysis.
• Respond to client and auditor queries.
• Participate in finance function migrations, developing and maintaining process maps and supporting documentation.
• Ensure the integrity and completeness of financial records and compliance with finance control standards.

Requirements:

• B.Com graduate
• Relevant work experience in General Ledger
• (Preferred) Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance
• Strong understanding of General Ledger accounting principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
