Genpact is hiring for the role of Management Trainee-Record to Report!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Assist with reporting & consolidations.
- Produce quarterly, annual, and audited statutory financial statements
- Review & post month-end journal entries
- Review & perform month-end close activities
- Prepare & review balance sheet accounts reconciliations
- Handle quarterly intercompany process
Requirements:
- B.Com Graduate
- Excellent Reconciliation, Accounting & Reporting experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- CA Inter degree & significant experience in General Ledger
- Good interpersonal skills
- SME knowledge of accounting concepts
