Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring for the role of Management Trainee-Product Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop a comprehensive product strategy, market positioning, target segments, and competitive differentiation.
• Handle core product responsibilities like pricing, regulatory and compliance aspects, process, and product notes.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for product enhancements or new product offerings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and functionalities based on customer feedback, market demand, and business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, such as revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and retention, and develop strategies to scale the product profitably and optimize results.
• Work closely with national distribution and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices for the product.
• Assess and manage product-related risks, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies working closely with key stakeholders from risk management, legal, and compliance.

Requirements:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights
• Leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholder
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of compliance and risk management practices in the financial services industry
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools is a plus
