Genpact is hiring for the role of Management Trainee -Power BI – Data & Insights Analyst!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Manage all activities in the Power BI domain.
• Rapidly simulate and understand existing applications and technical environments.
• Convert business requirements into detailed functional requirements.
• Craft functional specifications documents.
• Take responsibility and ownership of components and processes within the team

Requirements:

• Understand databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, and Azure.
• Apply SQL performance tuning and data modeling, and utilize SSIS and SSRS.
• Use Business Intelligence Systems & Tools like Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services, Tableau, QlikView, Spotfire, etc.
• Utilize different data, reporting, and analytics tools effectively within an organization.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of databases like SQL Server, SQL Azure, Oracle, etc.
• Recommend architecture standard methodologies related to ETL, ELT, BI, and the life cycle of an EDW solution.
• Utilize MS Excel skills including Power Query, Power View, Power Pivot (Good to have).
• Apply strong financial analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Minimum Qualification:

• Hold a graduate/postgraduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record.
• Demonstrate rich experience in developing Power BI dashboards.
• Exhibit problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Demonstrate proficiency in written English and maintain a neutral English accent.
• Handle teams and clients effectively.
