XenonStack is hiring for the role of Management Trainee - PeopleOps!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide direction to employees at all levels of the company regarding Company policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on federal, state, and case law changes and monitors labor law updates for changes that affect the organization.
• Work with Business Partner and to revise and update Company policies, procedures, prepares and maintains employee handbooks. 
• Assist the People Excellence with the preparation of reports and other special assignments.
• Respond at the direction of the Business Partner, to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, personnel issues, investigations, and performance improvement process.
• Support the company’s performance management process. Works with HR Business Partners to ensure employees and managers are provided the necessary support to ensure success.
• Assist with the coordination of Company functions as needed 
• Be responsible for communicating company information 
• Represent the Company and various recruiting events, including job fairs and open houses.
• Look for ways to improve the program to meet the organization's needs

Requirements:

• Experience with MS Office and similar software
• Analyse & present information 
• Must be organised & methodological to problem-solving approach
• Knowledge of Performance Management
• Knowledge of compensation & benefits system
• Knowledge of labor legislation & legalities in relation to HR & employment rights
