- Solid understanding of APAC payroll processes and payroll tax laws
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written formats
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspaces (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive)
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and focused on accuracy while meeting tight deadlines
- Proven team player able to integrate individual tasks into overall group objectives
- Good understanding of large ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Sound knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver effective service and resolve queries efficient.
