Driver Logistics is hiring for the role of Management Trainee - Operations!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Scanning the items at the time of loading and unloading.
- Counting and supervising inventory loaded into/unloaded from vehicles.
- Managing the stock in the warehouse in an orderly manner along with labelling and identifiers.
- Maintaining inventory by conducting daily/ weekly physical inventory counting (PIV).
- Maintaining FIFO on all stocks.
- Ensuring the general cleanliness and maintenance of the warehouse space
- Assisting the warehouse workers in lifting and carrying items to awaiting delivery trucks, ensuring that the workers have properly and safely loaded the items onto the vehicles and secured them.
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Logistics, & Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
