Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote OnePlus products and enhance brand awareness.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, including planning, coordination, and campaign performance monitoring.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the smartphone industry.
• Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant marketing materials, including social media content, blog posts, and promotional materials.
• Analyze marketing data to evaluate the success of campaigns, track key performance indicators, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to building and maintaining the OnePlus brand image through consistent messaging and innovative marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• MBA or master's degree in Marketing (only 2024 graduates)
• Strong passion for technology and a deep understanding of the smartphone market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
