About the Job:

We are looking for a Management Trainee whom we can groom on Business Analytics Solutions and Marketing. Trainees, Looking at their flair towards it, should be confident, well-versed in Communication, and have the hunger to learn and reflect. You will be trained in different aspects of marketing including Market research, Competitive Analysis, Market sizing, company messaging, sales pitch preparation, and digital marketing. As part of on-the-job training, you will work with the sales/ marketing team to promote the Transdigital brand using various digital and social channels

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will be passionate about the “art” of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas.
• Should be an extrovert and have a flair for marketing. Should be willing to reach out to people and expand the network using conventional as well as digital channels.
• Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Should be conversant with PowerPoint/ MS Office
• Should be a team player
• A diploma or a degree in Marketing is desirable
• Should have an excellent academic record
• Graduate in any discipline throughout the first class. A diploma or a Degree in Marketing is desirable but not a must
