Management Trainee - Logistics Job in Noida at AAJ Enterprises

AAJ is hiring for he role of Management Trainee - Logistics!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. Address inquiries related to bookings, reservations, schedules, fares, and other transportation-related matters.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal and external departments such as Carriers, Warehouse team to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure to prioritize carrier partners while booking for critical and urgent shipment as per customer requirement and agreed terms.
• Track all the In-transits shipment and discuss with carrier SPOC for delivery alignments, follow- up on pending requests for priority closer.
• Update remarks in TMS against all the shipment as discussed with Carrier and Customers for shipment progress (First/Mid/Last mile).  Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve logistics-related issues, such as shipping delays, transportation disruptions, investigate root causes of problems and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate with Consignee to understand challenges for undelivered shipments and take corrective measures.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with fleet management software and tracking systems.
• Ability to generate accurate MIS reports and analyze data to drive informed decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve client queries effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Hindi & English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
