Incedo is hiring for the role of Management Trainee – IT Services!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work with senior managers to plan and design process blueprints aimed at improving system delivery.
• Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and convert it into actionable plans.
• Understand the company’s core business functions and operating model.
• Oversee daily operations and services of different units within the Delivery Assurance group.
• Develop business acumen through collaboration with various internal stakeholders.
• Plan, attend, and coordinate meetings under the guidance of senior managers.
• Stay updated with the latest processes and advancements in the IT industry to modernize systems.
• Communicate plans and insights effectively to cross-functional team members and management.
• Learn and apply mentoring techniques to support the development of other team members

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to convince stakeholders and coordinate with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Fundamental analytics and conceptual thinking skills
• Experience in managing and interpreting data
• Undergrad/MBA degree from a reputed university 
• Candidates with Prior IT experience will be preferred
