We are inviting applications for the role of management trainee to help our leadership team. This position is best matched for candidates who want to gain valuable experience working closely with the key personnel of the Company on critical initiatives for the next stages of our business.

During your traineeship, you will get an opportunity to learn and formulate important strategies and business processes, work with our top brand clientele base. You will understand the practicalities of our company’s functions and operations and support our leadership team with daily tasks. To accomplish this role, one should possess strong business acumen, be a self-starter, and have good oral and written communication skills. After completion of 6 months program, we will review your progress; help you to define the role and impact you wish to have. If you do well, your contract will be extended to a formal offer and a full-time role after the program. Responsibilities:

• Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders
• Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders
• Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change
• Work with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications.
• Work with training team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan.
• Conduct business process modeling and generate applicable scenarios for the technology functionality testing team.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Serving as a liaison between technology team and users
