Genpact is hiring for the role of Management Trainee - HRO!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support many operational aspects of the recruitment process  
•  Ensure candidates and new hires have an excellent experience 
•  Process Workday updates as required with candidate/new hire related information
•  Support hiring managers and HR business partners with critical requisitions
•  Provide support to the team for critical and complex cases
• Validating the data included in job requisitions and job descriptions as agreed in SOP
• Provide support to schedule interview and manage logistics

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in supporting US candidate hiring/interactions
• Bachelor’s or equivalent education
• Relevant years of working experience in Recruitment Operations with the ability to manage global candidate interactions
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to manage candidate queries and high focus on customer centricity
• Deep domain expertise of Talent Acquisition for US Market
• Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment
• Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward
