Genpact is hiring for the role of Management Trainee!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage and support Time & attendance transactions processing and corrections
• Support historical inputs on T&A 
• Manage leave requests and corrections
• Manage payroll inputs and zero to gross processing
• Manage Gross to Net processing
• Payroll processing and disbursement
• Payroll reporting and reconciliation and validation
• Manage post payroll and year-end activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or equivalent education
• Relevant years of experience in UK Payroll processing. Understanding of employee lifecycle processes is appreciated.
• Experience in Payroll processing for UK
• ADP experience is strongly required.
• Demonstrated competence in publishing dashboards, analytics, and reports
• Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high-growth, fast-paced environment
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
