Genpact is hiring for the role of Management Trainee - HRO! 

Responsibilities of Candidate: 

• Manage payroll inputs from Core HCM and other systems
• Update payroll inputs in the payroll system
• Run Zero to gross calculations
• Run gross-to-net calculations
• Process payroll and disbursements
• Conduct payroll checks and validations

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s or equivalent education
• Relevant years of experience in Payroll operations
• US Payroll experience and knowledge preferably on ADP System
• Experience working on HCM platforms such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, etc. preferably SuccessFactors
• Demonstrated competence in publishing dashboards, analytics, and reports
• Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high-growth, fast-paced environment
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
