Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- End-to-end recruitment process which includes the manpower planning and creation of skill set metrics
- Employer branding practices in the Philippines, India, and the US
- Multi-country recognition and rewards program through a digital platform
- Different data in making decisions related to HR
- Top-class engagement activities and surveys
- Legal cases and procedure
- Performance Management system across different departments
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing or Statistics
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Must be within Delhi NCR
- Has taken an internship in a BPO or international company
