GSK is hiring for the role of Management Trainee - Early Talent Program!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Implement projects while meeting the scope, schedule, and costs
  • Ensure compliance with GSK procedures, policies, and standards is met
  • Submit projects, prepare documents necessary for the implementation of the investment and management of the project's portfolio
  • Build and manage effective project teams, supervising the work of external companies
  • Cooperate with Sponsors and maintain relationships with stakeholders of ongoing projects
  • Obtain approval of offers, orders, contracts and accounting documents
  • Manage the financial tasks and report on the budget
  • Report on the status of investment projects and ensure proper communication is provided to stakeholders
  • Identify threats, report irregularities, develop a plan of preventive and corrective actions, and continuously monitor risk control
  • Represent GSK within the powers of attorney granted
  • Support activities aimed at achieving the objectives of the manufacturing facility and key performance indicators for the department
  • Prepare and participate in internal audits and those carried out by external inspectors
  • Work on continuous improvement of investments in the field of safety and quality and have a proactive attitude aimed at streamlining and improving the efficiency of the investment process in GSK
  • Define ambitious goals and improve competencies in the field of entrusted responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years’ experience in a project-related position in the industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office (MS Project is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build relationships
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
  • Technical background
  • Prefer experience in the international environment
