Genpact is hiring for the role of Management Trainee - Digital Content Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create high-quality digital and print promotional materials—brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email templates, and web banners—to support marketing and business development.
• Produce engaging promotional videos—including scripting, shooting, editing, and adding motion graphics—for TIS/TOS services, case studies, testimonials, and campaigns.
• SOP Development: Create clear, concise, and user-friendly Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various IT processes, systems, and tools. 
• Video SOPs/Tutorials: Transform complex technical procedures into easy-to-follow video SOPs and tutorials, enhancing internal training and knowledge transfer. 
• Review Presentations: Design and enhance high-impact presentations for internal reviews, client meetings, and stakeholder communications, ensuring visual appeal and clarity of information. 
• Poster Design: Create visually appealing and informative posters for internal communication, events, and awareness campaigns. 
• Content Strategy & Planning: Contribute to the planning and execution of content strategies, ensuring consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all materials. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, marketing, sales, and other departments to gather requirements, understand technical information, and ensure content accuracy and relevance. 
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in graphic design, video production, and content creation tools and technologies. 

Requirements:

• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 
• Expertise in video editing and animation software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro). 
• Experience with presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote). 
• Familiarity with motion graphics and 2D/3D animation principles. 
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content for diverse audiences. 
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently as well as part of a team. 
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in design, content accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines. 
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design and video production work is required.
