BHIVE Workspace is hiring for the role of Management Trainee - Customer Success (Hospitality)!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Be the Brand Ambassador for BHIVE
- Design, Deploy, and Drive Customer engagement initiatives
- Hold P&L responsibility of the center and ensure profitability with a great customer experience
- Take strategic initiatives to ensure customer retention and expansions
- Conduct market study and research towards ensuring best-in-class initiatives at BHIVE
- Be responsible for administering Customer Satisfaction surveys and working towards a 100% CSAT
- Ensure enhancement of BHIVE standards consistently
- Ensure compliance as per BHIVE SOP
