Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Monitoring and maintaining tight control over daily and monthly dashboards.
• Resolving clarifications from vendors and internal stakeholders through written emails and calls in English.
• Addressing and working on escalations from both vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Possessing comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, including account reconciliations.

Requirements:

• Your qualifications and skills should ideally align with the responsibilities mentioned, particularly in the field of Accounts Payable.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English for dealing with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to address escalations and reconcile accounts.
• Knowledge of the T&E process, if applicable to the role, would be advantageous.
• Preference for candidates with knowledge of the T&E (Travel and Expense) process.
