Genpact is hiring for the role of Management Trainee/Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Performing administrative activities within Talent acquisition process including but not limiting to:
  • Job posting
  • Assessment scheduling
  • Administer job offer process
  • Manage referral payment process
  • Manage administration of reference requests
  • Background checks and screening
  • Manage administration process to withdraw job offers
  • Manage administration of pre-day 1 and day 1 onboarding
  • Administration of systems set-up and access
  • Generating documents/offers/paperwork according to the case/ticket
  • Responding to employee / candidate queries
  • Manage cases on the case management tool
  • Coordinate with multiple third parties and vendors
  • Validate data correctness and approvals as per case/ticket
  • Ensure adherence to SLA’s as agreed for the respective process
  • Work closely with quality team in identification and implementation of improvement ideas
  • Monitor and resolve day to day issues & escalations, if any, by coordinating with different stakeholders
  • Work closely with the overall process lead to ensure that any process changes/updates are processed
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to the team members and manage client stakeholders 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent education
  • Relevant years of experience in HR shared services/Operations
  • Experience in Oracle or similar HCM
  • Good understanding of Talent acquisition process from requisition creation to onboarding
  • Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA/External Certifications from recognized institutes is an advantage
  • Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently
  • Ability to work at all levels of the HR “stack” - Strategic, operational, and tactical
