Genpact is hiring for the role of Management trainee accounts payable!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Process Purchase Order, Non-Purchase Order (FI), eInvoices as per established processes
• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports
• Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries
• Plan daily production workload and allocate inflow volume to team members
• Pay vendors by monitoring contract/PO terms, discounts, scheduling payments, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring credit for outstanding memos
• Process employee travel and expense reports, verifying advances and receipts
• Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, formatting, and data cleansing
• Resolve queries related to wrong postings, reversals, and corrections
• Support team members by clarifying doubts and confusions
• Ensure SOPs are reviewed and updated post-client sign-off
• Maintain 100% accuracy in invoice processing and monthly reports
• Report taxes for region-specific invoices as required
• Understanding of Helpdesk operations (advantageous)

Requirements:

• University graduate in any discipline
• Bachelor/Master of Commerce or Business Administration (preferred)
• Relevant work experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry (preferred)
• Strong written and spoken English language skills
• Practical knowledge of SAP (preferred)
• Practical knowledge of Reporting and ServiceNow (preferred)
• Understanding of Source-to-Pay processes
• Excellent time management and planning skills
• Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Results-oriented and goal-driven approach
