Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Manage scheduling, coordination, planning, and implementation of learning programs within the function
• Manage communication channels and build content for internal consumption
• Ability to work with the latest design platforms to author content and media elements
• Support with learning outreach, communication, and query resolution for a seamless learner experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement learning design across the function for various programs

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or MBA preferred
• Good communication skills and agility to adapt and learn quickly
• Attention to detail with an eye for design and creativity – good visualization skills
• Experience in working with authoring tools or design platforms like Canva & Spark
