Zehntech Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the role of Management Trainee!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials. 
• Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns. 
• Produce creative content, including videos, Flyers, Posters, and blog posts. 
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website. 
• Analyze the international clients and explain our services to collaborate with them. 
• Provide guidance and assist clients about the services offered and manage the day-to-day marketing pipeline and coordinate with internal and external marketing teams to support business needs across the organization. 
• Run social media channels (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement 
• Write, edit, and proof high-quality content to leverage for internal and external communications across print and digital platforms. 
• Prepare operational newsletters and persuasive email marketing strategies. 
• Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, Email, Mobile, Display) 

Requirements: 

• Good Communication skills 
• Knowledge of Microsoft tools 
• Good with numbers and logic's 
• Excellent analytics and organizational skills 
• MBA in marketing, communications, or related preferred 
• Demonstrated mastery of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. 
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices 
• Skills and experience in creative content writing 
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking for Business Development. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Self-starter and ability to own a project from conception to completion with minimal oversight
