Genpact is hiring for the role of Management Trainee!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Good understanding of financial products like US Domestic Equities, Global Equities, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Fund Accounting, Corporate Actions, Reconciliation, Client Reporting, Trade Settlements lifecycle etc 
• Hands-on experience in Corporate actions, Mutual Funds, and Fund Accounting is a must 
• Understanding around business transitions and required documentation will have added advantage. 
• Experience of posting transactions on accounting & custody books for exception resolution is required. 
• Good knowledge of MS Excel is required.  
• Experience of applications like Global Plus applications would have an added advantage. 
• Candidate should have exposure to audits (internal and external) and strong understanding of Risk and Control framework 
• Establish strong relationships with onshore/offshore counterparts and should be capable of handling Queries and Issues. 

Requirements:

• Any Commerce Graduate (PG an added advantage)  
• Effective probing & root cause analysis skills  
• Relevant experience in Training for US wealth management processes 
• Proficiency in leveraging tools and technologies to improve training effectiveness and knowledge management 
• Should have the understanding or have worked in production in Fund accounting or reconciliation processes 
• Advanced level MS Excel skills are a must, Power BI & Powerpoint presentations skills 
• Strong understanding of US wealth processes, regulations, and industry standards 
• Excellent presentation and communication skills 
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills 
• Team leading and client management skills
