Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd is hiring for the position of Management Trainee!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Obtaining of daily requirements of funds, liaisoning with corporate finance
• Assisting with monthly projection of cash flow for Direct Material Vendor Payment, comparison with Actual on a weekly basis, and necessary action accordingly
• Passing of payment entries for Import payments released on a monthly basis
• Maintaining ISO-related information as per Audit guidelines
• Conducting periodical meetings (MRM/Steering)
• Preparing Minutes of meetings and circulation thereof
• Maintaining SOPs and timely updation
• Liasioning with customers (both Internal and External) for feedback and improvement in Satisfaction scores

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 yrs
• Qualifications: C.A/I.C.W.A.I
• Ability to analyze financial statements, data, and trends to provide insights and support decision-making
• Skills in interpreting financial data and translating it into actionable recommendations.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members and presenting financial information.
