Smith & Nephew is hiring for the role of Management Trainee!
Responsibilities of the candidate:
Collect quantitative & qualitative data from relevant sources and stakeholders.
Conduct analysis to identify insights and help propose a strategy for 2025
Prepare business specific; product /segment presentations & dashboards highlighting the sales data analysis findings.
Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Strong desire to learn and pursue a career in product management within the healthcare industry.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly adapt to new software.
Travel Requirements: <50-75%
