Responsibilities of Candidates :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators and metrics
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements and best practices
- Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making
- Communicate findings and recommendations to management and key stakeholders
- Participate in project planning and execution to drive continuous improvement
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in service excellence
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in a business analysis role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of service excellence principles and practices is a plus
