Genpact is hiring for the role of Management Trainee!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in the configuration and customization of Workday Adaptive Planning modules based on business requirements.
• Support senior analysts in conducting user training sessions and workshops to ensure effective utilization of the system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for new features and enhancements.
• Perform system testing and participate in quality assurance activities to validate configurations and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users regarding system functionalities and data integrity.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and dashboards using Workday Adaptive Reporting tools to support management decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A basic understanding of financial planning and analysis principles is preferred.
• Prior internship or coursework experience with Workday Adaptive or similar financial planning software is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proactive problem-solving attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
