Testbook is hiring for the role of Management Trainee!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop creative content in the form of questions/notes, write easy-to-understand solutions, using AI/GPT
- Analyze and research exam patterns, types of questions, and difficulty levels to remain updated with the latest trends of questions asked in Teaching exams.
- Work on user feedback collected from multiple channels for questions as well as tests and notes.
- Understanding the student preparation cycle and making content for his best preparation.
Requirements:
- Must have appeared or qualified in UGC NET/ RBI Phase 2 exams.
- Strong hold on Management subjects.
- An enthusiastic individual who would like to make a difference in the education sector in India.
- Should have a strong passion for education, and be willing to learn new things.
- Self-driven, creative and motivated with strong adherence to deadlines and learning.
- Working knowledge of Tech tools like G Suite, Excel and GPT.
- Good interpersonal skills.
