Genpact is hiring for the role of Management Trainee!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Possess a strong understanding of financial products such as Bonds, Mutual Funds, MBS, SWAPS, Equities, etc
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of reconciliation and reporting, with additional understanding of trade settlements lifecycle, corporate actions, and accruals being advantageous
• Have hands-on experience in business transitions and required documentation
• Be proficient in manual and automated reconciliations
• Resolve out-of-balance or out-of-proof issues at the account level for reconciliations
• Post transactions on accounting books to resolve exceptions
• Be familiar with audits (both internal and external) and have a strong understanding of risk and control frameworks

Requirements:

• B. Com/M. Com/MBA (Finance) or any other equivalent degree
• Relevant experience in Shadow/Non-Custody/External Reconciliation
• Exposure to audits (internal and external) and a strong understanding of risk and control frameworks
• Experience in setting up matching rules for reconciliations
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience with Global Plus & Intellimatch applications would be advantageous
