KKS Capital Advisors is hiring for the role of Management Trainee!

Responsibilities of the Candidate :

• Be responsible for client acquisition and managing overall client relationships.
• Build and deepen relationships with existing Business Clients to achieve increase in share of revenues.
• Provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Cross-sell products and services to both new and as well as existing customers as per their requirements.
• Generate new business to achieve defined targets in terms of no. of customers, volumes and revenue for the different segments of the company.
• Plan, develop and organize advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives.
• To work on various social media and digital media platforms in order to generate online visibility for the company.
• Work to develop an innovative social media strategy.
• Support business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies, and programs commissioning and undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing services.

Requirements:

• University Degree in Marketing. Knowledge of Finance is an added advantage.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English Language is essential.
• Knowledge of nuances of Social Media Platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Good Relationship Skills.
• Interested in the issues related to financial services and generally socially conscious individuals.
• Must be confident, creative & flexible.
• Strong team player.
