Genpact is hiring for the role of Management Trainee!
Requirements:
- B. Com/M. Com/MBA (Finance)/any other equivalent degree
- Relevant experience in Shadow/Non-Custody/External Reconciliation
- Candidate should have exposure to audits (internal and external) and a strong understanding of the Risk and Control framework
- Experience in matching rules setup for recon would have an added advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Excel is required
- Experience with Global Plus & Intellimatch applications would have an added advantage
- Sound Knowledge of reconciliation and reporting is a must. Good to have knowledge of Trade Settlements' lifecycle, corporate actions and Accruals
- Hands-on experience around business transitions and required documentation will have an added advantage
- Hands-on experience in Manual & Automated recons is required
- Strong understanding of financial products like Bonds, Mutual Funds, MBS, SWAPS, Equities, etc
- Should have worked on resolving out-of-balance or out-of-proof for recons on account level
- Experience in posting transactions on accounting books for exception resolution would be required
- Candidate should have exposure to audits (internal and external) and a strong understanding of the Risk and Control framework
