PlaySimple Games is hiring for the role of Management Trainee!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work closely with the CEO, business & product leaders in the company as a data-driven advisor and partner on strategic issues.
• Work collaboratively with multiple game teams to identify actionable insights in our games to drive efficiency across user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Proactively perform a wide range of analyses to identify trends, issues, and opportunities across games and help us continue to improve gameplay.
• Will answer business-related questions through exploratory data analyses and ad-hoc reporting.
• Supporting the PSG management in a broad and exciting range of projects within corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, financial reporting, and strategy development as well as day-to-day ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Post-graduate with Management (MBA/PGP or equivalent) degree and engineering background with a minimum 2 years of work experience in the IT industry. Good skills with a strong grasp of both technical and business perspectives.
• Past experience inability to execute projects, and generate practical results and recommendations are required
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects, ambitions and result-oriented with high working capacity Candidates with excellent academic background will be given preference
• MBA with a Consulting background would be preferred but not mandatory
• SQL/Python skills can be a plus
• Excellent aptitude, humility, curious & appetite towards learning, good interpersonal skills & great communication are essential to being a top performer in this role
• The candidate should enjoy both working with people and undertaking rigorous analyses.
