Nomura is hiring for the role of Management Information Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the Business Advisory team, based in Powai, partnering with the Global GM team
• The individual will work closely with the EMEA and US regional stakeholder and Global GM CAO team. They will support the global requirements for GM business
• Publishing Management reports for Global GM Business heads, CEO’s and CAO’s with analysis of Daily, MTD & YTD P&L.
• Delivering on the adhoc requests within the stringent timeliness and maintaining high level of accuracy.
• Maintain ongoing collaboration with the GM CAO, Strategy team, providing crucial support in product performance analysis and looking at global and regional performance.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue trends, develop insightful narratives, and produce detailed management reports to support senior management decision making.
• Demonstrate proficiency in creating and delivering high-impact presentations to diverse audiences, including senior executives and board members. 
• Doing UAT -Testing and giving sign off on the new developments requested in various systems and automations.
• Strong Excel skills (with prior experience using Advance Excel formulas) and PowerPoint skills are critical.
• Proficiency in process automation using PowerBI/VBA macros, MIS transformation, and new-age digital tools is highly desirable.
• Experience with AI integration for enhanced data analysis and decision-making processes is an added advantage
• Ability to prioritize high volumes of deliverables across multiple disciplines working under pressure.
• Strong stakeholders management skills, building strong networks and good relationships and skillfully managing expectations to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Strong Analytical and Situational problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

• 2/3+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and regional counterparts at senior levels
• Strong financial management skills, budgets procedures and reporting
• Ability to present and explain workings in a clear and concise manner to a diverse audience
• Strong Analytical and Situational Problem solving skills.
• Strong Advance Excel skills and PowerPoint skills are critical
• Ability to make informed decisions and assumptions to support decision making under time pressure and validate detailed analysis
• Good Knowledge of GM products
• Is entrepreneurial and independent; a self-starter, takes ownership, exhibits integrity, initiative, strong motivation and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize high volumes of deliverables across multiple disciplines working under pressure.
