People Cloud is hiring for the role of Management Consultant!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Gathering business requirements, and developing technical requirement documents.
- Building Interfaces, custom reports, and customizations on Oracle HCM/ EBS (preferably HRMS) using the available framework.
- Building proficiency with the HRMS modules Payroll, Time, Absence Management, Core HR, and other areas as required by the project.
- Opening, managing, and resolving Oracle HCM/ EBS Service Requests with Oracle Support.
- Developing technical design and documentation for Oracle HCM/ EBS Applications dependent data conversions, interfaces, and custom reporting including use of documented revision control.
Requirements:
- BE /B. Tech. or Master of Computer Applications/MBA
- More than 1 years of Oracle HR EBS/ HCM Cloud experience
- Knowledge of 2-3 full life cycle implementations for HCM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good logical and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
