Key Responsibilities

Developer & Site Relationship Management:

• Build strong partnerships with real estate developers and site sales teams

Lead Generation & Conversion:

• Drive home loan referrals from builder sites and convert walk-in customers

Customer Advisory:

• Guide customers in selecting the most suitable home loan products through consultative selling

Target Ownership:

• Achieve monthly targets for conversions and loan disbursals

Market Intelligence:

• Share real-time insights on customer behavior, competition, and market trends

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA (Finance preferred; Marketing/Strategy also considered)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy, target-driven mindset with a competitive attitude
• Willingness to work on-site at real estate projects (non-desk role)
• Quick learner with interest in fintech and financial products
