Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Use first-principles thinking, data analysis, and analytics to generate actionable business insights for high-impact decisions and enhanced customer experience.
• Apply descriptive (data visualizations and business intelligence), inquisitive (root cause analysis), and prescriptive analytics (recommendations) to solve problems effectively at scale.
• Collaborate with functional leaders, strategic business partners, and leaders across domains (Growth, Retention, Fraud, Operations) to identify and define complex business problems.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and insights to enable strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Passion and drive to create impactful solutions for millions of customers.
• 1-3 years of experience working on business problems and generating insights that influence business outcomes.
• Proficiency with databases and scripting languages such as advanced SQL, Python, or R, along with strong Excel skills.
• Expertise in data visualization tools and techniques for generating actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, breaking down challenges into manageable components and developing effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell compelling stories through data.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously grow skills.
