Management Accountant Job in Gurgaon at SHL

SHL is hiring for the role of Management Accountant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support period end recording and reporting of costs in compliance with SHLs policies, relevant accounting standards, and other applicable regulations in line with the published timetable for all business units
• Prepare relevant balance sheet reconciliations accurately, completely, and in line with the agreed timetable
• Support Financial Controller – Costs in maintaining a strong financial control environment with appropriate processes and compliance for all cost streams
• Support the group team in all relevant aspects of the group and local audits to ensure timely audit completion and submission of financial statements
• Support Financial Controller – Costs in preparing monthly cost analysis and answering queries from the business and other areas of Finance

Requirements:

• Previous cost experience in a finance controllership team
• IFRS Experience
• Experience preparing cost analysis and other month-end reports

Preferred:

• Experience preparing and posting journals
• Flexibility to work EMEA and US hours as needed each month
