KPMG is hiring for the role of Managed Services HR Ops: Execution Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensuring processing and smooth releasing of the Offer requests via Oracle Recruiting cloud.
• Analyzing and interpreting the MIS reports.
• Creating monthly and quarterly dashboards based on level and business requirements.
• Supporting and working with the team to identify the challenges, prepare a mitigation plan, and provide improvement ideas for the betterment of the process.
• Ensuring zero errors in the offers being rolled out to candidates.
• Getting feedback from recruiters and working on the improvement areas on a timely basis.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong executive presence, and good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to handle huge volumes and be flexible with the process/changes.
• Ability to perform multitasking.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
• Good written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Keen sense of responsibility, solid professional standards, and excellent track record of dependability.
• Any Graduate / Postgraduate from a reputed institute with a specialization in HR.
• 0-2 years of experience.
