KPMG is hiring for the role of Managed Services HR Ops-Execution Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Provide end-user support to ensure accurate invoice processing.
  • Manage the process end-to-end as per SOP.
  • Perform validations and necessary actions according to the process matrix.
  • Comply with process timelines (SLA/TAT).
  • Ability to review, collaborate, manage client/stakeholder requests, and answer queries.
  • Interact and anticipate the needs of Business & Project by developing effective working relationships with peers and stakeholders.
  • Clearly understand the work expectations, timelines, efforts, and ability to work well under pressure with high attention to detail.
  • Comply with risk management requirements, keeping track of potential threats while maintaining invoice processing.
  • Run data audits and research and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and maintain process documents and required reports as per the business needs.

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving and data management skills, along with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Personal drive and a positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations.
  • Familiarity with HRMS data management will be an added advantage.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours, work environments, and locations.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) – ability to adapt communication upwards and downwards for appropriate levels of detail.
  • Maintain the quality of deliverables and suggest process enhancements.
  • Experience in Stakeholder Management.
  • Experience of working on Service Request modules for HR domain (Not mandatory skills, but would be a preference).
  • Bachelor/PG/MBA from a reputed and recognized institute.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
