Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
• Implementation: Lead or contribute to the implementation of Sprinklr's software solutions, ensuring they meet the client's needs.
• Training: Provide training sessions to clients on how to effectively use Sprinklr's platform and features.
• Consultation: Offer strategic advice and consultation to clients on leveraging Sprinklr's tools for optimal results.
• Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve issues or challenges that clients may encounter during platform usage.
• Data Analysis: Analyze client data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for implemented solutions, processes, and best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and support, to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Typically, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Information Technology.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a client-facing or consultancy capacity.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Sprinklr's platform or similar social media management tools. Knowledge of data analytics and reporting is often beneficial.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client interactions and internal collaboration.
