Maintenance Supervisor Job in Gwalior at Cinépolis India Pvt. Ltd.

JOB FUNCTIONS

• To support the operation team & technical team in maintaining property facility services healthy. Monitoring and maintaining building safety covering fire alarm panel, extinguishers, sprinkler, fire hydrant system, electrical etc. at defined frequency. Should have sound knowledge of 3 phase electrical and UPS system and resolving the faults during emergency.
• Maintaining HVAC system, RO system, kitchen equipment, furniture & fixtures by executing preventive maintenance and ensuring breakdown free operations. Following preventive maintenance activities as per schedule which is daily, weekly, monthly and maintaining the service reports. Coordinate with OEMs/AMC vendors to get preventive maintenance completed as per the schedule.
• Maintaining and upkeeping all MEP services with complete building management. Controlling the services on daily basis and handling minor/major breakdowns with minimum breakdown time. Should be able to work on basic excel on PC/Laptop.
• Should be able to monitor the electricity/maintenance costs at site and generate and implement ideas to reduce the cost.
• Inventory maintaining and control. Audi chairs maintaining and repairs. False ceiling repairs. Maintaining the stock register on daily basis & physical verification on weekly basis. Should take care of all warranty cards/AMC details/ equipment details etc. documents.
• Should be able to developed local vendors for maintenance jobs and deal with centralized vendors as per site requirements.
• Ensure regular training of team happen at cinema regarding equipment and safety as per SOP.
