Maintenance Renewal Analyst Job in Gurgaon at Ahead

Ahead is hiring for the role of Maintenance Renewal Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Compile, analyze, and interpret data from OEM and Clients to develop and present solutions  
• Maintain, implement, and ensure data accuracy within ERP (Salesforce) and external systems utilized internally to Ahead and customer-facing
• Translate business requirements into specifications that are used to implement required reports and dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources
• Work independently with maintenance vendors to address questions/issues and provide timely solutions; engage with internal/external support team on resolution 
• Provide ‘value-add’ services to maintenance customers as requested (SN# swap, site/address change, maintenance schedules, contract summary reports.) 
• Receive, track, and import renewal data into the renewal database 
• Proactively quote upcoming renewals and provide accurate visibility into current quarters' renewal opportunities 
• Measuring, tracking, analyzing, and reporting sales goals vs. plan and forecast  
• Embrace new and existing technology to remove bottlenecks and boost efficiency 
• Entering information into Salesforce and other tools as necessary  
• Create, update, and maintain new and existing policies and procedures to improve processes and achieve scale 
• Other relevant duties as assigned 

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience 
• 2 - 3 years of Maintenance Support preferred – in the Technology Industry is preferred 
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel with the knowledge & ability to run pivot tables and write formulas
• Open to various backgrounds 
• Strong mathematical aptitude and the ability to work with and easily calculate margin percentages using cost+, list-, and flat GPM% models
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred
• Independent self-starter, effective team player with creative problem-solving skills to help the organization achieve its earnings objectives 
• History of working in a high volume, fast-paced sales environment required, working effectively and efficiently under pressure 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate needs 
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external clients 
• Organizational skills, time management ability 
• Adaptable/Ability to react to situations 
• Ability to work independently on projects with minimal supervision 
• Understands general business principles 
• Desire to learn and understand the business process from beginning to end
