Requirements:

• B.E/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Engineering
• Candidate with 3+years of Maintenance 
• Experience in PCBA Manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of SMT, ICT Machines –
• Machine details - Placement machine (Siplace), Screen Printer (Dek), Reflow 
• Oven (Seho), Wave soldering, PCBA Test machines and other equipment’s  
• PLC programming knowledge.
• Able to diagnose and troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively.
• Skill to understand circuit diagram to troubleshoot electrical faults in machine.
• Ability to work along with team to get the desired results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & techniques 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills
• Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic systems,  along with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment and machinery.
• Problem Solving: The capacity to analyze complex issues, identify root causes of problems, and devise effective solutions to minimize downtime and maintain optimal functionality.
• Preventive Maintenance: Skill in developing and implementing maintenance schedules and protocols to prevent equipment failures, extend lifespan, and reduce overall maintenance costs.
• Diagnostic Skills: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately assess and diagnose faults, malfunctions, and discrepancies in machinery and systems.
• Time Management: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage workloads, and respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests.
• Safety Awareness: A strong commitment to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues, and other personnel.
• Adaptability: The flexibility to work with a wide range of machinery and systems, as well as the capacity to quickly learn new technologies and techniques as they emerge.
