• HMI Designing – Siemens, Mitsubishi, Pro-face
• SCADA programming – Siemens Wincc
• Motion system programing – Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Schneider
• Utility – DG, Compressor, Chiller, AHU, FH & PA system, STP, RO Plant
• Application & configuration of Nut-runners, Load & Displacement sensors, Vision systems, Temperature controllers, Timers, Counters, Vibro-feeders, Transformers, Relays, Breakers, Oscilloscope
• SPM – Robot, Hydraulic & Pneumatic press, endurance & performance test rig
• Printers, Scanners
• Different types of industrial networking protocols: IE, Profinet, Serial, Modbus.
• Striving safety standards
• FMEA, PPAP, DOE, CFT, LCA
• TPM, MTTR, MTBF, CMMS
• Preventive & Predictive maintenance strategies
• Governing KPI & Operating costs
• FAT, SAT, inspection & commissioning
