Jio is hiring for the role of Loss Prevention Manager!

Responsibilities:

• Carry out risk assessments of company assets and implement mitigation measures within the overall Risk Management framework of RIL.
• Support the business in ensuring a safe and secure environment for all customers, visitors, and employees within the jurisdiction.
• Drive the implementation of asset protection for all business sites/offices of Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. (RJIL) comprehensively.
• Deploy security automation systems (SAS), support HR with employee attendance management, manage access control, and automate visitor management.
• Implement standard control measures such as audits and checks for mapped sites.
• Conduct periodic training of employees on fire and emergency response procedures as per policy.
• Achieve a proactive approach to loss prevention operations through video and data analytics, including Impressions of Contact (IOC), exception-based audits, inventory checks, cash audits, and trend analysis.
• Support the business in maintaining accurate shrink data.
• Develop a responsive information-sharing mechanism with business units, vendors, agency staff, and customers to gather leads/inputs.
• Address store-specific issues for resolution with respective stakeholders (store managers/staff).
• Coordinate first response capabilities within the team to manage incidents and crisis situations, preventing risks to life and damage to assets.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Post Graduate degree.
• Security and loss prevention exposure.
• Effective leadership skills, including managing outsourced security manpower.
• Customer service and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external interfaces.
• Experience with security automation systems and various security technology applications.
• Proficiency in data and video analytics.
• Drive and determination with a proactive approach and results-oriented mindset.
